At Signature Orthodontics we feel it is important to keep our patients excited and motivated to take good care of their braces. That is why we offer our Patient Incentive Program to all of our patients in active treatment.
Our patients are rewarded with tokens for doing a good job with their braces. The tokens are collected and turned in to purchase rewards from our display case. Rewards range from items like gift cards, camera’s or webkins and much more.

Earn 1 Token … for being ON TIME for your appointment
Earn 1 Token… for not having ANYTHING BROKEN
Earn 1 Token… for having EXCELLENT brushing
Earn 1 Token… for WEARING your Signature Orthodontics T-shirt to your appointment
Earn 20 Tokens…for referring a friend to our clinic
Earn 5 Tokens… for each “A” (or equivalent) in Math and Science*
Earn 5 Tokens… for returning your clean smile certificate signed by your dentist after your regular cleaning
Earn 3 Tokens… for each “B” (or equivalent) in Math and Science
